Damage up to PD req of bow + 4.

Accuracy has no PD limit, so yes.

So if I am going to increase my power draw I am going to shoot easier or what??

What about my agility? What if I'm going to increase my agility am I going to shoot faster? I think yes but I'm not sure.

But the moast I want to be a good shoter! So I have to  "point" well.  (I want to "meriti" well in Slovenian).

I'm from Slovenia so please understand my mistakes.

No. I've tested this and I had no accuracy increase with higher PD. Other archers have also verified this in their posts.

Edit: It does however increase the time that your reticule stays small.

I stand corrected. I've tested this with nomad bow 3-7 PD (or khergit 4-7 PD, I can't remember) and it didn't have any notable effect.

It definitely does not. It used to in earlier versions of the mod, but that has now changed. We tested it on an archery thread on the TaleWorlds forum with screenshots and everything.

It does, but cRPG reduces it by lowering your WPF.

Ahhh, so at 1 wpf, as indicated in the above tests it would definately improve.  But with any amout of wpf, it would negate the gain by lowering it so it stays the same.... right??

So Ive always been right in stating that a true dedicated archer has PD 6.  After that, every little bit of WPF u can grab with WM is agood thing.

I build archers to 18 Str 3 Agi, then stack everything in agility from then on, WM and Athle, who cares if your shots do a little bit more dmg, if you cant hit what you aim at.

But then, for me personally, there are only 2 bows, War and Strong, all the others are not viable realistically, much as I loved my 3 STR shortbow arrowMG42, this patch leads to sensible, hidden, unarmoured archers doing the real ranged dmg, with war bows, from far away, and High PD will NOT help you enough to be worth it. Just my opinion.

What Cmpx said, at least it sounds to me, is that there is a benefit but just a lesser benefit because it also reduces wpf which affects accuracy.  So it would seem that pd 6 with 150 wpf is slightly less accurate than pd 7, which also does a little bit more damage.  But since the tradeoff is usually +1 powerdraw means -1 weaponmaster going into archery (8-9 wpf at higher levels) its a balancing act and putting 1 more into weaponmaster instead of powerdraw increases your accuracy but not as much as would be expected relatively and you dont get the damage bonus (though there is the roughly 1.5% wpf damage bonus from +9 wpf).  So play around with your builds and see what works for you.

I also noticed recently just how much helmets still affect wpf and even my 9.5 weight body armor compared to 4.5 or 2.5 weight armor.  The reticules are significantly tighter and a faster draw.
