How can we do with active naked leecher ?

I hope it is the right place to ask this :

Hammerman was naked, without weapon and fisting his mates on the big bridge (donno the map's name)...I qmled him once...and loose my multi... I ask for admins...no andswer... I ask him why he was naked leecher...no answer...

next round he was afk...I qmled him once again (always naked and no wpn)...And then I ve been kicked for qml abuse...

I understand when pple TK these stupid leechers but I didn't hit him...

Is there some "admin allowed" behave in this case ?

That's why I love admins.... they change my C-rpg life everyday
