Buff athletics back

In this thread we learned one thing: athletics was nerfed so much, because peopel could make 36+ agi builds prepatch. Now buff athletics back, good archer with 6 athletics wont be able to run away now due to lowered speed of drawing a bow.

I wasn't aware that they could nerf athletics without the script extender.  That, and the bolded part of your quote in the OP there isn't even true.

I'm noticing the speed now unlike before.
I don't think it could be possible, but I may have been so unlucky as to have played with only rain for 2 weeks? It is possible as I played at roughly the same time when I played...

Definately need AGI turned back a little to how it was before.  Athletics should have never been nerfed in the first place....

It sucks to chase around fast archers, but they sacrifice points for their speed.  Camp and wait for MoF if you must.

No one pre-patch used to cry "ATHLETICS IS OP!!"  so why nerf it?

I think strafe left and right should be sped up, not sure about forward, but backwards shouldn't be changed.

For fast changing directions, just get 9+ athletics. My char is lvling up, build = 6str/33agi to check if it will be really slower than others at full speed.

It is faster, at 10 athletics It becomes very noticeable if it is not raining.
So, My only real confusion is why does it rain so much, 90% of my gameplay is during rain due to either amazing random luck or it being on a set schedule that lines up with hours I can play...
I play with particles off so I wasn't aware of the rain during all my initial testing.

Yeah, I feel bad for crossbowmen.  Definitely a lot more noticeable to them than agility stackers.  It's not like the rain completely nullifies agility and athletics, my fast character is still faster than all the other pathetic non-fast people.

Agility stacking overpowered?  Maybe against people with 100+ ping...

I meant high agility spammer builds are already better then high strength builds and with buffing the athletics they become even better. I played 24/15 and 15/24 and therefore I know high agi build is way more effectice to play then high strength build. Is this more understandable?
