Bring back EU5 Banner-Balance!

Since the Carebear-Alliance is now carebearing on the official EU-servers now, too, how about some banner balance on eu5 once more?
This server got pretty empty, although eu2 is constantly full on prime time. And on top of that it could be a nice server for all those clans not stacking one freaking banner up their asses. (It is not that much fun at all to play constantly against GO/DRZ/Bashis/STR/T/VR )

It's one thing to be good as one clan, but another being four (Or even more) clans stacking one banner. They know how to play siege and the other team gets all the randomers who don't know shit about it, so yeah, that does look better to me.

It's not always empty. It's often empty, because there is still space in EU2, but if EU2 gets full, EU5 starts up and can then last a while. With banner balance on, there was always one of the clans abusing the banner balance on both servers, that's why EU5 was never empty. And yes, you HRE guys were the worst offenders, together with the Grey clan.

Before they turned off banner balance on EU5, there was no way to have a fair siege match as a random dude. All you could do was pick the banner of a clan, or be content with an average multiplier of below 2.

Why the hell do you call it abusing if it's just the clan using their banner? We are just one clan playing together and not abusing anything. But it's a whole other thing for a bunch of clans playing together and constantly pwning on siege.
It's not just the randomers having problems with the bannerstacking right now, either we don't want to play together and join EU5 (Why the hell would we do that?) or constantly losing on EU2 because of overwhelming numbers of organized enemies.

Hell, we even start to play Battle a lot recently.

Problem is, in this case, a clan-player is no one but those that use the DRZ&co banner.
