What all modes does "All Thine Hard Work..." show up in?  I know you get it in Battle and Duel servers, but do you get in Siege and Rageball as well?  Just wondering because I haven't seen in forever on either of the last two.

100% yes for siege. pretty sure also in rageball.

You definitely cannot get it if you are OVER 31, unsure but would assume you CANT get it at 31 either

Got it in strat siege battle yesterday, don't think it had any effect though.

Well, I'm basing my first statement off the time I was a lvl 31 HA then respecced to a foot archer. Usually I only get all thine hard work at lvl 30 but after the respec I didn't get it at all. I also get all thine hard work 3-4 times a gen which I got as an HA before the respec.
