I shouldn't reply but I'm pretty sure there must be more to this whole thing than that one occurrence that pushed Thomek to do what he did... I don't blame him and to be honest with you, as much as this is the Internet, you can't just go around insulting people because you can.

I would rather come across as being "Internet police" than sit there being told to "suck my..." etc. It might be my slightly too strict upbringing talking here but I just can't see the problem that you have Zlisch... Think of the Internet police as real life police. They don't care what you're doing as long as you're not breaking the law, and when you are breaking the law, and they catch you, you don't abuse them, it makes things worse...

I'm pretty sure that Thomek will have had a previous run-in with you that he didn't act on and therefore thought to just stop it dead before anything escalated. We've had this problem before in the community, admins are human and they back decisions based on the information they have, be that previous dealings, their sensory functions, life so far or even what they had for lunch. There might have been some mistakes made in what happened, some lax information but at the end of the day you didn't help your case even slightly with your abuse. Diplomacy is the best way to go about something like this.
I would be much happier to explain to someone why they were muted/banned and be more willing to forgive if they talk in a reasonable manner and actually have a willingness to find out what they did wrong and how to avoid it than just jumping straight to the "omg abuse" button. I'm sure Thomek would feel the same way as with other admins.

Thomek for the most part does a good job at policing the servers, he might be more strict than others but we all have our differences and that's what makes things better. Personally, I'm far more likely to extend a ban for "a non diplomatic approach to a situation" than others. Like all of us, we make mistakes, you have made a mistake in thinking this would help anything so learn from it and move on.

+1 to unadmin Thomek, because 1) much time he just abuse, and he never warned players before ban/kick. 2) he dont follow any rules, but common sense( i think his common sense is bad and egoistic) 3) he spend not much time for very long period in game, and allways when he is in, he make all this shit.

I hope we have more good admins like Meow, he tried even archer to know about what people cry, he allways take care and no abuse, he follow rules, he help with marketplace. Meow for president, and Thomek to trash !

Well, if the kick isnt instantly and happens just 2 minutes later, after the kick-worthy incident, you wouldn't have a clue why you got kicked.
And it wouldnt hurt anyone use to the admin-chat to explain a kick before doing it. "Kicking xyz for [insert reason here]" *Player xyz got kicked*
Otherwise they just join back in and start asking "y u kick me man? me no did wrong man"

1 or 2 days ago thomek kicked franky, if i remember right, with no warning , just because he joined server and go for spectator couple times.

i have 1 time deal with him, then cmp said that i was right, exactly what cmp said you can see down there at my post( in this situation with me thomek just dont want to w8, because he egoistic think only about his time)

But, if the internet police breaks the law, then I break the same law, only me breaking it matters?
Also, while I insulted which is against the rules you can't just say I did it "just because I can", 'cuss I first actually threw real insults at him AFTER he muted me, while it's still against the rules you can't claim I had no motive what so ever.

Thomek, technically the rules do not state that spamming is not allowed, you might argue that the common sense would be for that, but then I might argue that a personal mute or whatever you'd call it would be the solution.
After the mute you came back and continued to harass with much worse things.
Came back=Randomly met you on another server, I first really insulted you bad, (while I made an actual insult or two before which I acknowledge is technically against the rules, but still) after being kicked in the middle of a duel.

And yeah, the ban is over, but I'm really pissed off about a lot of things with it, have seen other complaints about your admining, and I've been wanting to make this thread ever since my thread in the ban section was closed and both me and my friend left muted... I might've had a much easier time letting go of this if you didn't threaten me with a perma in your thread too... didn't exactly make me appreciate your adminning skillz more.

1st. for admins we don't have the option to do a personal mute. It's global or no mute. Also I can't allow someone to harass an admin in public, even if I don't care about it myself. That would quickly lead to more people following your example. You know how internet is, and you have seen neglected mp games detoriate. No one wants to admin if one get's a shitstorm for no reason. Remember, we're doing this for you and everyone else to have a nice and smooth crpg experience.

Other than that I can tell you that I won't be the one giving you a permaban, and if you don't smarten up and stop spamming, harassing people that perma will come naturally.

Not a threat, just a piece of advice.

And I didn't mute you in the ban section.. By now you should have developed some kind of sensibility for where the borders are.
