well im talking based on my expirience, couple months back saw him being unbanned and playing on a server, lots of people were trying to vote him away for some reason (maybe they thought its cool) i thought ill be nice to him and got some insults in return, after that i made my mind about him

Really, guys, all of you Panos haters, join bandit ts some day when he is around and you will see whom you want to get removed from the mod, again. It would be sad, he is one of the few people that keep me playing, i love to troll around with him, but he can also perform while needed, so i do not really see any reason why to ban him again. Each one of us probably called someone a cunt or bitch or something, but guys, seriously, is that worth getting permabanned?

He actually is a cool and nice guy, fun to stick around with, especially when on ts, remove him and you remove quite a big chunk of my enjoynment for the mod.

Yes if you're lazy.  If not you give an actual rebuttal why you disagree with someone.  Otherwise it's assumed you either don't have a valid rebuttal, or are too stupid or lazy to come up with one.

Generally when I disagree with someone I don't neg rep their comment, I reply saying why I disagree.  The only times I neg rep are when someone's being really retarded.  To each their own, you just seem like an immature troll when I scroll through the thread and there's a -1 next to a lot of names and it's all from you, and no response to them as to why you disagree. 

If it looks like a scrub, sounds like a scrub, and acts like a scrub, it's probably a scrub.

he might well be a great guy on TS but that has nothing to do with ingame stuff. sure templars troll and shout abuse on TS etc but we keep it mainly on TS.
