Request NA Melee only server!!!

While all the servers were jacked up I was playing on the EU melee server which is seriously awesome! What are the chances of NA having one server melee only and how many people would support it!

Yeah I thought the TunaTown server was melee only, did that change?  Problem is though, no one's ever in it.  We actually held a clan event in there last week and it was just us the whole time. =P

Why not make Community siege melee only? No one plays there.

That's exactly it. Everyone says they want it but no one would play in it.

I think this would be awesome.

There are a lot of really good melee players on NA, and people that just generally enjoy melee fighting. It would be nice to be able to fight without having to look out for arrows flying through the air and horses coming to trample you. I think it would probably get at least ~30 players most of the time, and more at peak hours - probably more than the ATS Community server. I'd definitely play it.

Edit: In fact, even if my main was an archer or cavalry build, I would make a melee fighter alt for duels and the melee server I. Skip the fun is there for a reason, right?

I personally had no idea that there were ANY servers that restricted combat to any particular type, the EU melee only was the first I'd seen and only because NA was all buggy.

If Tuna Town is melee only I will gladly play there at times. 


I think that crushthrough/polestun is lame, it's certainly often a part of the game in strategus but you get a lot better when you practice with weapons that aren't an "I WIN!" ticket.

Those pictures just get me hard. All those melee weapons and no horses/ranged. I think we have a large enough melee community to fill it. It doesn't have to be a huge server maybe like 50 man server?
