Can i get one question answered? --- What is the point of a permaban from a admins view?

Removing people from the mod that we do not want in the community?
Like people that exploit and invite their friends to exploit with them, then lie about it when being called out for it.

Or people that manage to get banned alot, and start using a second account to avoid those bans, especially if it is presumably not their own account.
