Ever wake up and just feel like everything was out of sync? Like you shoulda stayed in bed? Or just like you were incapable of completing any set tasks? How did it feel for you and how did the day go?

Also if yes how did you push through it/fix it.

I was going to post something with effort, but realized that what Merten said basically sums it up.  Beer solves most issues.
