I think it boils down to "flexible thinking".
If you're flexible in your thinking then there's no reason to rage. Whatever the problem is, there's probably a reasonable solution. You just have to think about it for a bit.
If you're inflexible in your thinking, then your way is the right way and anything that stops your way from working is bullshit and you will rage. You have already discounted the possibility of reasonable alternatives or explanations and rage is all that's left.
Stay flexible and treat problems as puzzles to be solved. That, I think, is the key to inner peace.
