Problem is that I make more mistakes with a revenge-gaming attitude.

I sometimes swear or yell when I die...not really in anger just a reaction. It's a competitive nature, you don't like to lose and take it to heart. As long as it's not literally making you an angry or bitter person I'd chalk it up to human nature.

It's like a half second flash of anger and then I'm back to my normal jolly self. Sometimes I rage on idiots in game, but usually only if they intentionally team hit me and don't say shit to acknowledge it (like in spawn).

I think it boils down to "flexible thinking".

If you're flexible in your thinking then there's no reason to rage. Whatever the problem is, there's probably a reasonable solution. You just have to think about it for a bit.

If you're inflexible in your thinking, then your way is the right way and anything that stops your way from working is bullshit and you will rage. You have already discounted the possibility of reasonable alternatives or explanations and rage is all that's left.

Stay flexible and treat problems as puzzles to be solved. That, I think, is the key to inner peace.

To be honest, sometimes drugs.

And realizing that every death is either me not being good enough, and/or someone just being better than me, simple as that.

Just enjoy the game, and you'll enjoy dying after a good run.

But here's a key thing to do: Enjoy every kill more than you hate every death. Try it. Enjoy every kill. Don't take them for granted or standard. I'm probably the happiest player of this game because of things like that.

Tell yourself that you're awesome every chance you get, and hell, smile. Stupid shit like that works way too well.
