Those are some pretty nice specs you have there. The only suggestions I'd make would be to throw out the ThermalTake and go straight for a Corsair HX series for PSU simply because I trust no one else. Also the CPU cooler, can get some pretty nice cheap liquid coolings for only $80.
My old computer has a Corsair TX650. I had to send it back to be replaced once because it made my room smell very strongly of, like, cooking smoke (though it seemed to be operating fine under such conditions, I have no idea what happened there). It didn't turn me off of Corsair entirely and they sent me a new one with all due haste, but from what I was reading they generally aren't as top-of-the-line quality as they used to be, on top of being more expensive for their actual higher end products than before.
I looked into every part before I decided on any so that I could make informed decisions, and I couldn't find any problems with the PSU I got. Then the price was nice, plus it had a $20 rebate.
I didn't want to mess with liquid cooling. The horror stories got to me, man. I was already most worried about the installation of that part more than any other, having not done it before, and I wasn't going to start in the deep end (get it aquatic references for water cooling huehuehue). I will eventually play around with overclocking but I'm not going to be pushing it to the
EXtrEmE so I don't think I'll run into any issues. Plus this cooler has the most positive reviews and the
most reviews in general of any part I looked at, it seems like damn near everybody uses this thing with good results. The price couldn't have been better under such circumstances.
If you still have your old HDD, you should be able to recover the characters, though I'm sure you know this already.
It is a matter of laze.
