Is it me, or am i sensing a lot of angst and misdirected rage in this post?
I recommend taking a page out of my book and learning how to work with people you have differences with, like many of your fellow clansmen, instead of getting angry and throwing weak-hearted insults out of personal spite and lack of emotional control.

If by "learning how to work with people you have differences with"  you mean calling them worthless bundle of stickss over and over, then yeah that's you buddy.
Any time your team doesn't win you take off all your armor and repeatedly insult everyone, even when you're doing terrible yourself. Even then, that's only if you haven't managed to switch to the winning team by abusing spec. Spook you're not a leader, you're an asshole. Writing shit like this (to the sauce boss of all people) is not the way to earn the respect of chaos.

Look, what should i say to someone just calling me a bitch and nothing else?

I'm willing to meet people more than 50% of the way but if all I'm getting in return are insults, what would you do?

How many times do i have to say, why dont we put aside our differences and work toward the same goal instead of just hurling mindless insults.
I'll say it as many times as is necessary, but what good is it going to do if there are people who are  unwilling to ever make an effort?

Like I said before, I have absolutely no ill will toward anyone in the game.  I'm much more concerned with winning games.

Calling someone a "submissive puppy bitch" isn't exactly deserving of respect either. Regardless of how long you've been in a clan or what you've done for it, that's not cool. I'd have probably said something worse than that in response if someone had said that to me. Still, the rest of what Sauce said was fucking dead on. I've never been one for playing devil's advocate but some of the shit he(spook) says is no worse than the shit we say in TS; some of us are especially bad in game and in TS and you know who you are. For god's sake, a guy that deleted alot of clan mate's characters was allowed to join this clan and he did just fine. You all talk about respect when the last page was nothing but GIFS and immature reaction faces that I could have gotten from 4 chan. Expecting respect is fine, and he was perfectly respectful until you guys came in here making it into a childish circus and less than hospitable environment for him.

TL;DR Cut out the seniority frat boy bullshit and give the guy a chance. As Sauce said, have faith in our system, boys. Like everyone we've let in thus far, we need to meet them half way.

We don't "reform" anyone. They either change their ways themselves or they don't get into the clan. It's that simple. If you wanna play ball, we'll give you the chance, but we won't bend over backwards for you. We do our best to treat the next applicant just like the last one; no worse,no better.
