Add a 5k entry fee for each competitor and either winner takes all or divide it 50% for 1st team, 30% for 2nd and 20% of 3rd.

You could also charge 500 gold for server entry for spectators.

Hm well, what we need is more players, right now its only the guards and a randomer team registered. I thought an entry fee will make less people to join...

Well at the moment I am not sure if I want to start that tournament, cause I am a bit sad so less teams / people joined. I would like to have at least 5 or 6 teams.
