As for the rule number 8: if a clan signs up with 10 people and only 8 show up and another clan signs with 10 and 15 come online will those who have extra men be allowed to fill the gaps ?

Everyone is welcomed to send me a rating of each team in order to help me balance it out.
Please do so by PM.

The way you do it is to give each team a points value.

5 man Guards may be worth 100 points
and 15 Nords worth only 10.

(or the other way around what ever ;)
