I'm 100% certain that Bandits will have more then 10, not sure about 15 tho. Too many "maybe I'll come" and "I'm not sure" but since they're all a bunch of undercover no-lifers we might even come with more then 15.

I'll be honest, i came to this mod from nord invasion and mount and musket so im not awesome. Willing to get better and accept criticism though.

Im not sure about your rating system either? :S if you mean a rating out of 100 then i'd probably put myself at around a 20 or 25. Quite happy taking on someone 1 on 1 and surviving the randoms with a good chance of victory but i've not been around long enough to consider myself hardcore. (i'm hardcore on MM and NI )

edit: actually i've got a few questions as well. How do the orders take place in a game such as this? ingame chat or is there a TS or a mumble or something? what time would it be in GMT and as there are different clans attending will they take orders through their own leadership or will there be an overall team commander who controls things?

About orders and communicating: we try to use teamspeak whenever possible. So having teamspeak ready is a must.
Then there is the ingame battalion and flag system. You press P to join a battalion and then you just follow the red marker / flag around. The commander will either carry that flag, indicating that he wants players to follow him / regroup on him or place it on the ground somewhere, usually indicating that he want you to go / camp there.

Some commanders also use the ingame voice command system to give orders. And then there is the teamchat. I have several macro's for basic commands in teamchat that also automatically trigger the relevant voice commands (LEFT + 'attack left flank'-voice command, RIGHT + 'attack right flank'-voice command and the generic and much used 'CHARGE' with the charge voice command).
I would imagine that in an organized battle like this, everyone is going to be on a teamspeak server somewhere. So have teamspeak installed and configured with a push to talk button (using voice activation in large teamspeak groups is a big no-no for obvious reasons) and be in the right channel and listen for orders. Try not to talk unless it's important, because larger groups in teamspeak often get very loud and confusing and you don't want to drown out the commander.

In essence I will try and gather two teams of at least 50 men each, if more are interested we will make it 65.

Make it 65, more of us can be attending, add SB, Bandits will have a few more as well maybe and Nords? + Maybe wait for 1 more clan.

Problem is, that is all so "shaky" if they can attend or not.

I'd rather we have many able to play than a lot of last minute changes. This won't be the last battle I arrange.

The only way I see those extra 5 participate is if they can find another 5 from another clan. I have to try and do some sort of balance, hence sign-up most close at some point.

I'll give it until tomorrow to find another 5 so we can have 57 on each team...
