Exactly this. If you want to keep high multipliers your best chance is a) banner whoring or b) legitimately using that banner with a reason. That way you'll get balanced with a bunch of good players instead of randomly thrown between teams.

It does depend on server makeup though what banner is good if any.

I agree 100%.  This new auto balance is terrible.  Please change it back ASAP.

PS: love the new tk/tw system.
I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1.  No wonder range is having a field day.

This actually works really well if you're playing with quite a few clan mates, as i was always switched and had to fight against my clan mates, but no more, but if there aren't many of you, it can become rather frustrating...

For the first time since upkeep began I played for a day and lost money at the end of it, since I no longer had any streak past 4x, I like being rewarded for being an asset to my team at the end of a round by staying on the team I helped win, now it feels like a flip of the coin.  I think some compromise between the two systems can be reached, dont you?

The valour system needs to be reworked, that way if you get switched you have a good chance of keeping your multi, right now, kill 10 people in a round, no valour, teamkill someone and die, valour, makes perfect sense... :shock:

This pretty much... people before clan banner was optional now your forced to banner whore if you don't have 4-6 clan mates on the same server kinda lama if you ask me...

Not sure if it's a side effect of this or what, but people are definitely getting switched more often. It's normal now to get switched every other, or even every round.

The almost every round switch might be annoying, but on other side, not bad to have x5 for whole duration of 4-3 result map  :mrgreen:

This was fixed with the latest patch.
