I've been playing since about early July, I'm an adult, and I realize this is just a game but that people need to follow the few rules and use common sense so regulars and others may enjoy their time.

 i have been playing for.. ide like to say a good atleast 7-10 months, i am not exactly sure. i have reported many rule abuses to Nindur VIA steam screenshots and chat instead of humilating them in the forums, an example would be DrHorrible, aswell as about 10 others have been punished by my screenshots and reporting of wrong-doings. I believe i would be a fine admin, being fair aswell as understanding, with the 1st offence being a warning in fancy, frightening, pink text, 2nd in a kick, 3rd offence would be a temporary ban, or if its a known troll, ide skip the warning, but i would tell him what he has done THEN kick him, unlike many admins ive seen do, where the admin kicks the abuser/rule breaker without letting him/her know of his/her wrong doings.

I'm in world of Mount&Blade since 2009, in Warband since start of beta-test (0.500). Warband is the only one online game (except WURM) I play. It must be some kind of curiosity that when I have first contact with cRPG I didn't like it to much. But when Native has become too boring and I left my clan (REF - Refesesesesferes), I was looking for something new and more enjoyable. Then I tried cRPG again and it was good move. I always liked to play with maul and here I have opportunity to do it on many ways.

cRPG&Strategus give us a lot of fun, many combinations of our char build, different armors, weapons et cetera. This world still evolves, devs make something new and this is so exciting. It's obvious that this mod attracts more people. More people means more problems. And where are problems, there admin is necessary. The last events show us that this topic is a good decision of developers.

Usually I play on siege servers (EU_2 and EU_5), occasionally on battle servers and of course EU_3 is important because of Strategus battles. I think that admins are on servers about 25-40% of day, so yes, we need more admins. Admin should be assertive, even-tempered when he makes decisions, treat every player the same, regardless where it comes from (clan or casual player). It's important to teach players what they shouldn't do and what they need to avoid. So at first place is advice and punishment on next.

My experience. Well, I was server admin on my two former clans (Sacred Band and REF) and I manage these servers too, I know how it works. Also I'm a Global Moderator of polish M&B series community forum. This is place where are a lot of trolls and those who spoil the fun of others. Imho hard work. I speak English and Polish, which is my native language, so I can help a lot when my countryman make some trouble.

Ive recently taken a break from cRPG, due to the fact Acre disbanded, and my attention has switched from RL to strategus mostly, which still gets me interested in cRPG and is slowly drawing me back for the never-ending grinding to level up to partiicpate in said strategus.

My time in Acre no doubt left me enemies, and some allies within the extremes of diplomacy, whether it be the endless wars with LLJK, Turks and GK...or the lasting alliances with (the old) SoA and Camels, however neutrality when assessing certain situations is often the best course of action, if you favour one side within a short space of time that action will come back and hit you in the way you necessarily didnt want.

Ive been playing cRPG for over a year now and have gained a relatively good perception of the community, the good and the bad. I would not be an inexperienced admin for warband or cRPG in fact, i was admin for the Acre server when it was up (however briefly) never received any complaints and was in charge of admin recruitment and  the ban list, within the server files. Ive also been an admin for the MM mod for over a year now and i regularly host events which around ~300-400 people now attend, spanning two servers, this proves i am able to handle large crowds of people at a time.

I am not overly harsh or lenient, instead if people break the rules then the belief is 'tough luck, deal with the consequences' any pleas for relaxation of the punishment falls on deaf ears, i am aware with most things that occur around me in game, because normally that will affect the way you have to adapt to play around certain people, whether it be quickly running from spawn to not get teamwounded, staying away from archers to not get shot in the back.

I play on all the servers, all EU and even NA, and have gained experience with both sides of the community of cRPG.
