Lets keep the rage to a minimum guys. Overall, i think it was fun and learning.

To me, aswell as to the Fallen Brigade in general, its fun to go beyond what you can achieve with simple charging. We find the strategic and tactical play fun, even if it involves alot of work and some rage here and there. Its pretty clear to me you don't enjoy that now.

Now, to this: (Note i'm not trying to argue or miscredit your statements, i just want to add my viewpoint to some stuff that i believe is more enlightening for everyone)

I don't like flamewars, and i don't think you do either. So lets just quit it here shall we? If we wanna keep discussing, keep the lies out and act civilized.

I've not been reading all the stuff that was posted after this post so this might have been said, but being lamer than your opponents is not being tactical. I remember the 22nd bragging about how they beat the templars with their superior tactics in STRAT ... oh yea, yet I can only recall the battles where they attacked in the middle of the night on work days (I quit the clan around there). That's not employing tactics, it's simply being lame. You were lamer than us in many ways, camping the hill next to the invisible wall giving us 2 options: charging uphill or waiting for the flags and some action. You got to pick the best from 4 clans, we only had 2. Don't give me (us?) that shit about "ooooh they're only casual players" well we had casual players on as well. We did not have all our best players on, and we did not get to pick the best, ahem, "casual" players from some other clan either. Why couldn't you just cut the mercs? It was suggested several times, but somehow you didn't like the idea of that. I wonder why ...

We enjoy tactics as well. It's just too bad that there were hardly used any ...

Also your comments about welcome to Strat.  This was not strat. Not nearly.  It was supposed to be a fun clan battle. You said it so yourself. If we were gonna have a strat battle we also would have fought differently.

In the end most of the people got horrenduosly bored and just left. It was not rage quit or anything similar. Just boredom.

Damm, you had the chance to make a great battle with 50v50 organized troops and you call to boredom... that's a shame, i'll be so happy to make such a battle, like in the ancient time, like in Strat...!! No really, strategy and tactics, teamwork, organized squad (shield, archers, cav...) with different role on the battlefield, that's what i fuckin'like in a battle and saddly i don't find this in cRPG anymore.  But you had the chance to experience this and all you do is crying and call to boredom!!! shame on you

I agree with you, 22nd didn't show a better tactic, it's the lack of tactic that destroy the Templars....
Btw, you take example of 1 battle where 22nd made an attack in the middle of the night, but every other battles were at normal hour (in prime time!) and sorry to say, but yeah, 22nd, Drz and others show great tactic on the battlefield, you may find this lame, because you don't understand that some one try to keep a better position to destroy his opponent but it's the basics of war...

I didn't say charge. We could have had an awesome battle without any charges or anything. What we DID have is an endless camp fest in which only 1 side had fun in seeing as how they had loads more archers. We had like 3 ranged people.

We would have loved to have organized troops but there is nothing for us to do but charge campers or wait for flaggs. As youve seen if we wait for flaggs the battle there turned out great since all fought. But waiting 6 minutes behind a hill for flaggs to appear isn't that great. We had nothin else to do but charge you. You wouldn't charge us and someone had to do something but wait around.


EDIT: If we ever have any other clan battles we should have a spot on map that both teams need to conquer. That way both teams will be forced to advance.
