Eberhard Weber is my favourite bass player. This was recorded shortly before he suffered a stroke back in 2007, and he has been unable to perform ever since.

That's easily the most cultured thing i've seen in a while.

Today there are lots of post-rock bands out there, but almost all of them sounds the same imo. Mogwai is nice tho, but my all time favourite will always be Godspeed.

I strongly recommend any of their albums to anybody who missed them out so far. Unless the first one, due to the fact that it has only been released on exactly 33 tapes, and afaik there is no valid rip on the interwebz so far.

Agreed. I've grown pretty tired of the genre in general. However, one of the post-rock bands that I still love is Bark Psychosis. I'd recommend them to anyone who likes mellow, layered music:
