irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far

I have plenty of time this morning, so I thought I'd post my recent favourites here. Enjoy!

Awesome harcore stuff, with various surprises every now and then on the album. Definitely worth listening even if you aren't into hardcore that much. Make sure to read the lyrics!

Warpaint, I believe I have to say no more. 4 qt3.14s making psychadelic music. I really like this new style they started performing in, after the last record came out. I kindly recommend any of their releases.

If Melt-Banana wouldn't exist I could state that they are the best noise rock band I have ever heard. Since Melt-Banana does exist, I have to say they are one of the best noise rock bands out there.

Ravel is probably one of the more obscure French impressionist composers...totally underrated.  I think it has something to do with the complexity of his pieces.  I don't think many pianists can perform them with satisfaction. Gaspard de la nuit is probably one of my favorite piano cycles yet NO ONE has even heard of it.  Don't mean to hijack yr post but thanks for posting, dude!

Eberhard Weber is my favourite bass player. This was recorded shortly before he suffered a stroke back in 2007, and he has been unable to perform ever since.
