Archers become viable around 25, they are a late bloomer due to needing so much in the terms of stats (horse archers are even worse).

DO NOT BUFF ARCHERS. Just don't nerf them either.

EDIT: What is your desired build at level 30, and what are your current stats?

My "desired" build is 15/24.
So you mean after 25lvl upkeep won't be such screwed? EVERY SINGLE FUCKIN' ROUND I PAY 500G-1500G is it gonna be less often?

If you want to be an archer I would suggest a 24/15 for pure archery or 21/15 if you want some melee ability.

BTW Does any1 of u blind my old friends read what I wrote? I wrote about upkeep not buffing, nerfing, fucking, raping anythink archers....

You are experiencing a highly unusual case of the RNG despising your every breathe. There is no way you should be losing that much money.
