As much as we (me/my clan and you) have different point of views on some things and that it can generate some hate, I am happy you took action when a random guy was trolling/kicking/teamwounding me and my clanmates. Once you saw him, it was not long before he got what he deserved and for that I sincerely thank you. You could have ignored me in adminchat but you did not.

I do apologize to everyone of the Occitan clan who feel that I have wronged them. I sincerely hope that I can prove to be more accommodating in the future, and hope that in time I can prove to be a good and fair admin to the Occitan members.

You're also not supposed to give guys 5-day bans when a warning would be appropriate because you dislike the guy.

On topic - Tears is a good admin and handles situations well while being fair at the same time.
