It's a horsearcher fighting 20 enemies alone. That is not fighting and it's definitely not worth keeping a 100 people waiting.

He's being chased by at least 2 other visible ranged horsemen, and he's clearly already been shot and you can assume he's fighting (or at least trying to.) He wasn't even given a chance, it's just an ornery admin doing what he does best.

Not just trying to fight. He was doing well.

If you look at the chat log screenshot he already killed two dudes after he became the last one on his team.

READ UP: bottom of page 2, my post: Thomek does this stupid shit all the time, kicking ppl cause HE is bored, kicking players for killing HIM, didnt even bother to screenshot him when I was playing a 1hander with some throwing, I ran off to map side each round just to find him, killed him 3 rounds running with javelin headshot, 4th round I couldnt find him, turns out he had been lanced already, but I didnt see that on the HUD, so I asked in pub chat "Wheres Thomek?", kicked a second later by him, rejoined and his reason was: "Dont troll me"

I don't enjoy the game sitting around for 10 minutes watching a HA/HX run around forever killing maybe 1 guy out of 20. I could probably calculate how many rounds end with a horse xbowmen or horse archer by himself taking up 3+ minutes to die and I guarantee it'd be 75/100 rounds.

Which is obvious to anyone who reads your posts and does still play the game.  Months and months ago they implemented a system where the MOtF pops up if the last person alive is on a horse (and I think the horseman needs to have a bow or xbow equipped) and it's less than 4 minutes left in the round. 

If you're too impatient to wait for 3 minutes of the round to expire before going ape shit, then you're doing something wrong.

Personally, I've seen this same situation at least 10 times if not a lot more. Couple of times I've got in argument with Thomek about it.

If you ask me, it's part of cRPG just like Thomek is.

Many other things are part of cRPG, like admins ignoring their clanmates on the battlefield, abusing their power in different ways than this, using known glitches to get an advantage...

You know why Thomek can get away with bullshit like this? Its because of the slander and lies like this one that is stated about Admin's in general. I didn't take a clan for almost 2 years, and certainly avoided it to sidestep the bias accusations. However, I realize that no matter what, no matter how even-handed you may be, there will always be some asshat who claims bias because they are butthurt. Most often it is someone who desperately wishes to be an Admin, but will never, ever, get it. Like ever.

Ofcourse in this event a kick was unneccesary, yet most of you people seem to think that if someone is fighting he is not delaying.

Now imagine this case with 20 people left on one team but without horses. Would he be allowed to keep shooting arrows for the remaining 4:15? I draw the line at someone having no chance of winning, maybe in the old days Jackie was able to kill 12 people on his own. Those days are over. In such situations one is allowed to shoot a few arrows, but should then switch to melee or dismount.

Something that hasn't been mentioned yet but is probably worth taking into account is the fact that this admin all but robbed that HA of a multiplier. Considering that said HA was the last guy alive against 20 people, his team probably got steamrolled hard that round; even so, he apparently was fighting quite well despite the impossible odds. There's a very good chance he would have gotten valor and had at least a 2x as consolation for the next round were it not for him being kicked.

I agree with Wiltzu on this one. I was also playing there at the time and the HA didn't do anything warranting a kick. There's no reason to intervene if it's not absolutely necessary.
