I confirm this, unjust kick and I had already hit him with 3 arrows on my STF HA alt, I was about to finish him off when Thomek steals my kill.

Faitly sure I lost that round to the kick. And I'm fairly sure Thomek was on the Ninja side.
So according to you, we should kick all players who happen to be last man standing, regardless if they're fighting back, solely on the grounds that they have no chance to affect the outcome of the round? Okay, let's save everyone the trouble and kick every Ninja from the get-go, they have no effect on the outcome anyway.

I don't have anything personal against Thomek, but IMO, no matter how long you've been around, it does not grant you the right to interpet the rules in certain ways for the sake of your own convenience. I advise you to resign, it's the only right thing to do after what you did to Goztepe.
