Some questions   Some might be more about future plans rather than about the current changes.

1)  Will there be anywhere to practice Strat style archery outside of Strat Battles?

2)  Will the shield skill bonus be visible in any kind of way so that people can tell if they are doing it right?  Maybe just outlining your shield icon when the bonus is active?  I don't think an exact number or anything is needed (or wanted).

3)  Will we be getting any kind of equipment management system so that commander armour can't be stolen?

4)  Will there be any conditional limits on the commander spawn system?  For instance, if a commander has "x" times more enemies than allies near them, they are considered cutoff and respawning stops near them with their men spawning at the original spawn point instead.

So archers behind battlements have an advantage against archers in the open? Gosh. 

Not what I meant and i'm sure you know that hence the wink at the end.

They always have and always should, but by having this volley maybe rather detrimental to the balance since it's already difficult (due to invisible walls (assuming that the fixes have actually fixed this.) on battlements & the decreased damage due to shooting upwards.) to hit the targets, i'm sure this'll come back to bite you in the arse at the very least from whine by attackers who're completely outdone by the sheer number of defending archers able to bugger up any real efforts at getting onto the walls.

Archers these days don't play as large a role as they use to, back in the day as it were.

I can also gather from that, that it is only specifically archers that're hit by this during strategus, not all range.

Shit just got serious. I don't know why, but this suddenly seems such a huge leap to epicness. New launcher, WSE client side and new strat features. I'm impressed with the work done. I love you!

If you are having arrows shower with less accuracy more speed etc, then you might want to consider slightly increasing ammunition sizes, or have some way for archers to refil without dying.

Check them out on duel or something, they really are fun to play with. Is also hillarious in siege if your defending as a thrower (DAT RANGED SPAM!) or making barricades (DAT BARRICADE SPAM!)
