Going back to the Commander/Fighter thing though, could you expand on that? So people could hire different types of fighters that could be assigned different gear loadouts? It could be a hierarchy sort of thing, where the command can use any equipment, tier 1 could use everything except commander level, tier 2 everything except commander and tier 1, etc. etc. so you can have small amounts of elite units that just use regular equipment if the elite equip runs out.
