Chambering arrows

Would it be technically possible to allow arrows to be chambered out of the air?

I know its totaly radiculas and the first thing that comes to mind is a samurai in an anime spining his Naginata and knocking hundreds of arrows out of the air. However if a batter can hit a ball traveling at 140Kph then it would at least be remotly possible.

Obviously they would need to have a tiny tiny tiny little hit box so it would be the most absolutly rare and bad ass thing to behold. It would be cool as hell to watch some one bat away an arrow.

I swear this is possible with pulling back a throwing weapon, that you can chamber projectiles.

I've heard the chamber sound and had arrows do no damage before. I could be hallucinating though.

Try to do this in RL...
If you can do this without getting hurt,
then the developer's should add this magic-feature to crpg.
But you have to test it first :wink:

If you chamber an arrow it should fly back at whoever shot it, if they're too far away it should hit the nearest enemy.... Like in Star wars.

To many player can chamber CRPG arrows. Real arrow ~240km/h - CRPG arrow 70-80km/h... CRPG archery items are toy.

I like the Wolverine style in X-Men 3 where he just slices the thrown weapons in half as he charges someone.
