I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

Lol Fascist - its not about the government, its about the people bro. Its all about the people. A Communist Dictatorship - is not true Communism.

Otherwise... this could be a godsend or a catastrophe. Lets watch and wait.

what im was trying to say to that guy is that without any discretion from the devs this form of 'balance' turns into collective lobbying thus a democratic take on balance sucks. In which case he compared dictatorships in govt to dictatorships in balance
(THEY ARE TWO COMPLETELY FUCKING DIFFERENT THINGS U DUMBASS) which makes me rage because of how much i hate idiots.

(click to show/hide)

but for now ill choose to believe this is a social experiment on the part of chadz. hes writing a paper for his phsychology class over the effects of democracy on gamers. Im sure his paper will be published in a magazine soon

chadz said that well thought out threads that have 50%+ of votes would be put up for internal discussion, not that the community will be able to dictate buffs and nerfs.  Chill out ya nerds.

Great info, documenting changes will really help with balance in general, and I'm glad we'll be able to see them!

Are you sure about this pollthingy about item changes?

Most changes will be stupid stuff as in the suggestionscorner.
And many people will just vote, because they hate a certain item used by a certain class...what you get then is a vote that doesn't balance the game, but that would (if changed by devs)  make the game easier for alot of whiny kids...

Please rethink that. Suggestions corner is bad enough.

They still gonna discuss it themselves. Not like everything that gets over 50% is gonna be accepted.
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

Well, but even if a suggestion makes sense, haters or simply ignorants would just downvote a well thought-out topic.

So I guess, polls are.. polls. Nothing serious.

I know, but still....devs changed alot of things that were discussed by the community before....so I don't believe this "We discuss everything ourselves and don't take/do what the community voted for" :/

Just a quick announcement that we decided to change the way item balance works. We are considering the raw tuning of the items complete now and are now starting the finetuning. This means you can expect only very small (and documented) changes to items from now on.

We have increased our item balancing team from 3 to 5 (or are in it right now, first new pick is okiN), and changes are now only done when a majority agrees with the proposed change.

Why am I telling you this? Mostly, so you can understand how we work. Also, that you can now, more or less, rely on the item stats we have. Of course, some things might still change, but common sense should be able to tell you which ones that could be.

Also, we want to propose a new way for forum members to propose changes. If you put up a poll in the item balance suggestion with the format "[STATS] change speed from xyz from 33 to 32" and put up a vote with "yes" and "no", we will have a look at it, and if enough people vote yes(around 50%), we'll put up the suggestion in our internal board for evaluation. It is, of course, important to have real values and realistic values. We will then tell you what our internal evaluation has decided and, most importantly, why.

So, tl;dr:
Item stats changes are now smaller,
they are documented,
you can do stat changes too!

From all teams of 5... i think http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YriinrRGug can do a better job balancing out CRPG. :P

You have got too...
Swing it , Shake it, Move it, MAKE IT!
Who do you think you are...
Show me how good you are...

Anyways all trolling aside, good luck devs!
Make it worth the time the community put in this game!
