I don't think so, he made a post in the "Heirloom recovery" thread in 2011(good memory) about the same guy. I think I was going to post too but forgot or something.

Why the heirloom thiefs who stole before the rules were implemented never got punished? Because devs say, "no we can't ban him because that time there was no rule they could break by exlpoiting other peoples mistakes and getting heirlooms" or because they cannot prove it?

If you could prove someone market pirate who didn't get punished his account should be blocked and his heirlooms being distributed back to their rightful owners no matter there wasn't an official rule implemented when he did it.

Especially when they're still playing like Smashrush does. Seriously those guys should be punished and I think this thread is totally okay because it's warning other people againt the dishonest scamsters.

TurmoilTom scammed me 1 day before that new rule got introduced and Meow told me that they wont punish him because...he did it before the rule got introduced.

1: Leshma, for trying to hide his true gender, and acting as a female even if almost everyone knows this to be false, exept nerds blinded by their raging boner.

2: Bjord, for crying like a little girl when he accidentally gets teamhit in the fury of battle, crying over cav and archers and acting like 2 handers should be the only viable career path.

3: Tavuk Gay, for being a taddle tale that has to run behind admin skirts in order to get his morphed point of view on paper, cries over accidental teamhits whilst firing into melee himself.

1. If you weren't a bitch about it he would sometimes give you your item back

Ever since i got banned everyone is posting ban requests for everything. Get 2 tw post ban req,get offended once,post SS and req ban.

No. I was referring to common sense I have expected from several persons who are responsable for law and order. In order you get what I said I'm doing another comparison, if someone is raping a dog and a police officer stands in front of the happenings wouldn't he as a man of order be required to act even if there's no rule yet against it?

As I remember the first rule of all is common sense, didn't it apply for these cases?
