Why the heirloom thiefs who stole before the rules were implemented never got punished? Because devs say, "no we can't ban him because that time there was no rule they could break by exlpoiting other peoples mistakes and getting heirlooms" or because they cannot prove it?
If you could prove someone market pirate who didn't get punished his account should be blocked and his heirlooms being distributed back to their rightful owners no matter there wasn't an official rule implemented when he did it.
Especially when they're still playing like Smashrush does. Seriously those guys should be punished and I think this thread is totally okay because it's warning other people againt the dishonest scamsters.
