I know he isn't a cheater, and I talked to him shortly before he got perma banned, jokingly I said " let me hold your looms for you so when you get this character banned, and buy a new cd key I can give you your looms back."
He responded by saying " No they will not perma ban me" whelp.


Also i put his name becasuse it's a shame he got perma banned, I guess I should have also worded my post better and separated the cheaters and beer.

The developers in the first place. I once had five looms on my main and three on my alts. Then I used skipped the fun by accident , all looms gone. Never got them back. Not even a single one. The developers, at least those in charge for that robbery should be forced to play with level 1 chars for the next seven years.

That's happened to other people and they got their stuff back. I'm guessing it's because you asked them with your usual charm, like an entitled little kid blaming everyone else but himself for dropping his ice cream on the ground.

I had no idea you lose all your looms if you hit the "skip the fun button". I always thought it would just turn your main into a permanent level 30 character.

Why the heirloom thiefs who stole before the rules were implemented never got punished? Because devs say, "no we can't ban him because that time there was no rule they could break by exlpoiting other peoples mistakes and getting heirlooms" or because they cannot prove it?

If you could prove someone market pirate who didn't get punished his account should be blocked and his heirlooms being distributed back to their rightful owners no matter there wasn't an official rule implemented when he did it.

Especially when they're still playing like Smashrush does. Seriously those guys should be punished and I think this thread is totally okay because it's warning other people againt the dishonest scamsters.
