You may think of him whatever you want but he doesn't deserve to be put in the same basket as cheaters.

What is meant by cheating? Taking advantage of an enemies mistakes is part of battlefied tactics. We all do it no?

Theres a difference between him running for about 3 minutes trying to force a draw or hiding undre bridges, i forgot to mention his 'accidental' arrows that hit you of which he always politely apologises for afterwards but which stack up to a rather high number

People hiding the whole round until they are the last and only then fighting is bad. Not talking about getting valour or leeching/not contributing, it's just really, really annoying and they should be ashamed of themselves. Thus, I nominate them into the Hall o' Shame.

IMO cheating/tricking people of items they spent a good 50-60 hours getting does not even begin to compare with people delaying the round making you nancy boys wait another minute or two.
