That's not the problem, the problem is that the laptop won't get much older than 1 year, if you're not lucky. And Acer mostly gives 1 year warranty (which includes ~4 weeks of waiting if something is broken).
You will have problems with that machine and you will have to wait for a long time until they're fixed - if they get fixed at all. So I'd go for the i3 machine with 2-4GB RAM and shitty graphics, because on that machine you can still play minesweeper while the Acer laptop is either broken or being repaired.
Of course you may be lucky having no problems at all for more than 2 or 3 years, but that may become an expensive bet for you.
@Corwinus: Depends on where you live, Toshiba has support partners in some towns so if something breaks it doesn't take long until it's fixed. HP has good support if you go for the more expensive business support.
