Bringing this topic around again. Wanted to bring it around again cause it's a good topic and topics get buried with time. Had some great replies and great pics people posted of flags and banners already made for other Warband mods. So I know that Flags are doable for this game. They can be added to the polearm category cause they'd behave and be used like polearms.

the files/textures already exist in fire & steel it's just a matter of converting them

That wouldn't be legal. WFaS is another team and putting stuff from Warband in WFaS is illegal and vice versa.
