Iron flesh - Is it useless?

I mean, +2 hp per point in ironflesh. That's peanuts. Wouldn't it be more sensible to put points in weapon master, power strike etc?

the heavier the armor you are going to where,  the more use it seams to have
Yes, I know from whence I came! Discontented as a flame, Upon myself I live and glow. All I grasp like lightning flashes, All I leave behind is ashes
Flame I am - that much I know!

2 hp can be the difference between you dying and you surviving...

Alive you can kill 10 people, dead you can't.
A lot of people in the NA community know that Dach rages and in the process of his uncontrollable rage, he tends to kick people.

You've been warned!

Any time you look to your HP bar and you see you have almost none left. Ironflesh saved yo ass. That is, if you have ironflesh.

I must say ironflesh has always been the skill where I dump the rest of my points in after maxing athl, ps and wm. But compared to all of those skills its advantages are of comparable value.

With the buffed armor reduce value, IF is really worth it. Depending on your class and taste however, it could be a good idea to dump points into shield or riding instead.

1 or 2 points in IF are useless. 6+ ironflesh makes you tough. 9-10IF makes you a fucking tank.

The way my lord soth character looks at it, without IF he has 71HP, with it he has 93.

It can be worth it yes.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

For how long I guess, I'd rather wait for next big patch d than make final builds.

See you next year then I guess.

I think Ironflesh is okay. As has been said Powerstrike is only a extra point or two of damage, riding is only a few points of speed difference, weapon master is only 1-2 extra swings per minute etc. By comparison I think athletics is singlehandedly the most useful stat in the game (for infantry anyway), It affects top speed, acceleration time, lets you change direction much more rapidly and even improves jump height/distance too.
Maybe you are not bad, but you are a boring person. Well, that's the end of the matter.

IMO for str builds ironflesh is more useful than WM, 100 wpf is enough for me.

in pretty much every PVP type game I've played stacking hp is a good idea.  It is no exception in c-RPG,although as others have mentioned you won't get much out of IF if you don't put a lot into it and wear light armor.
Holy crap I have a youtube gaming channel! https://www.youtube.com/user/MrShine12345

With 10 IF while wearing a robe I can survive most couched lances.
Or 4 swings from a balanced character.
-->That is with no armor
Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower

As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

To summarize, IF is not useless. It's great, expecially for people that use medium and heavy armor.

Look at it like this:
An 21/15 build has 56 HP at level 30 with no IF.

With 7 IF, you got 70 HP. That's +25%.

In any competitive pvp game i've played, 25% extra hitpoints is huge. cRPG is no exception.

(God, i miss having IF... the curse of being cavalry )
