the point is, changing the vote from a group of people that made the vote happen on first place to group of people that are obviously not comfortable facing consequences of features THEY implemented by themselves will not do any good. I do not mind them being friends at all, i just find it hard to believe that system where only dev and admin team would review this would be better.

Probably the most biased analysis i've seen in a while (assuming this isn't a joke). Being that he and alot of our members used to play back when there were only EU servers, (canary being one of them) I'd imagine he has just as good an idea of the character of Nuffen as anyone. You're not knowing this and quickness to dismiss his vote as a troll can only lead me to believe that you made hasty dismissals of other clan members. I can respect wanting to stick up for your clan mate, but don't talk out of your rear end.

But this is a nice list really, 80% compromising of wolves/warg (voting because skawtish and murmillus got banned) and byzantium (can't say here since I don't know Ujin's reason). I'd say it's quite a nice proof of clan vote stacking, isn't it?

Banned two of his clanmates for griefing (renamed the pimp<number>). Then I got moved into an own channel on the TS by bulldog (who is also applying for admin) and told to remove the bans or get removed as admin. I didn't let them press me into giving them special threatment based on the power of their clan, result, they mobilised and removed me. If democracy means big clans are above the law, yes, then democracy failed.

Was on the server as nuffen banned that guy.
Skawtish is a special kind of player one would be tempted to kick.

About nuffen:
Good thing he was active, good thing he dealt with many ppl.

But

there is a huge difference in the ways an admin can act.

Stupid banning, even when right, equals a powertrip, the admin fails to keep his neutral position + no educational effect, just hate.

Nuffen should ve just talked / kicked more and he would ve been one of the best admins in this mod.
He just destroyed his good work with way too hardcore/impulsive punishments.

His biggest, maybe only, yet surely most crucial flaw.

Voted yes since I liked the fact he admined, but heavily disliked the "how" he did it.

Imho, there should be a more premier league like "sense of punishment."
