There are bajillions people applying to become admins. An admin is in no way that "valuable" to stay when there are 10x more complains about that single admin than for any other one. Even if nuffen is "innocent" and if we loose a good admin, there are plenty of people that can do the job correctly, waiting in the EU admin applications thread. So all the complains about "not enough admins" seem a bit strange to me. *ad* You can also play on the Pecores battle server which is allmost never left without at least an admin on */ad*

If you want a good admin team, getting in should be easy, and getting out even easier. Merit > connections, although (and I fully understand) in the context of a community-run mod, it is highly unlikely that people "in charge" will nominate admins without heavily valuing relationships and reputation.

Disclaimer : it may sound like I'm criticizing nuffen for being boosted as admin. It's not. Even if true, in this context it's not a problem in my opinion. However, the dev team shouldn't be blind either.

nuffen's not a bad admin, just very strict one. can't hold that against him as it's chadz's rules he's enforcan' but like, some flexibility sometimes would be cool. like when i say three thing in all caps no need to kick me and make me lose my multiplier dawg

What should be more important than the outcome of this vote is the fact that some (many) people are not content with nuffen's decisions. He should've changed the way he's admining after the last vote IMHO, but he ignored the fact that only one vote has saved him his admin title (and I don't believe in conspiracies. Manipulating a poll in SMF isn't trivial and faking a one-vote-win would be really stupid, just because it's too suspicious IMHO).
Nuffen didn't take the last nomination as a chance to learn from critics (there are also some constructive critics like "it's good he's there, but he's too harsh" etc), although about 50% of the community would like him to change.

Personally I don't have any problem with him. The reason I voted "yes" this time is that he didn't change since last time (when I voted "no").
