Strategus Battle server down, attacker lost all troops & gear

Last night one of our guys, SHC_Koten had a battle on EU_CRPG_3 at 21:00 CST. However, the server was never up for the battle. We watched and waited for like an hour for it to pop up but it never did. The battle stayed posted on c-rpg.net till well after 22:00 and wouldn't show resolved or anything.
This morning I log in to see if anything else happened with it. The battle no longer showed posted, so I went to the guild roster to see the results. It said the battle took 18 minutes (???) and the results were that SHC_Koten lost all his troops, weps & armor.

Good times.
