Just hop in teamspeak and say hi, let us know your intentions. I think the normal process is that if you're over 18 we'll let you become a conscript for a week or two and see how it works out. If you feel you're fitting in, and we feel you're a good fit then we'll make you a squire and you can put on the hospitaller tag.
Being active in teamspeak a few times a week and being in the battle server with us will quickly earn you a reputation.
