You seem to be very tactic oriented , which I like and we could probably use a guy like you.

We don't really recruit just by seeing stats , or screenshots of your scores. The way we do it is very simple ...

1 : You come on our Team Speak Server (info will be sent to you by Braeden or you can find the info on the first post)
2 : You play with Braeden and Anders
3 : You wont be checked on :
- Your K:D ratio
- How you made your build
- Your Equip
4 : You will be checked on :
- Your teamplay (listening to tactics , sticking to orders, picking the right foe (don't run after peasants if some guy is trying to kill your teamate...)
- Your behavior (No trolling , no whining)
- Your skills
5 : Do the steps 1 to 4 at least 2-3 times and Braeden will take a decision by consulting his subordinates.

*-* Braeden, let me know if I'm wrong in what I said but I'm pretty sure that's basicly it... feel free to add anything.

*-* Rextard, imo, you're doing the right thing. There are many clans out there, and not many play as a team. They just wear the same tag and play together on the public server. We offer training to our members : build check to make sure of its optimization, equip check to make sure it suits the skills/build, we train fighting techniques and tactics with 2 to 5 players, we train on melee / throwing / HA / HT, and we have so much fun.

Sphinx, i screwed my build up. I got 5 IF by accident.(ment to get 6 power strike instead) oh well. I'll probably only have 6 Power throw, but I will use my axes in melee :P

 :D :D :D waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaant :D :D :D

I very much miss the feeling of working in concert with people rather than trying to help them at the cost of my own slaughter. Anyway I'll go figure out teamspeak and try to be on tonight, prolly sometime around 10 PM, GMT -3.5. That's 8:30 eastern and 5:30 western, I think.

Andrew : I retire in 3m exp and I'll go for 9 PT / 4 Shield / 4 MW / rest PS , no Athletics ;)

Rextard : GMT -3.5 ? Are you from Newfoundland  ? I think it's the only place in North America that has GMT -3.5 (except carrabean countries , if they are considered NA)

Yessur, I am in St. John's, Newfoundland, and I've been here long enough to say I'm from here. Anyway my sleep schedule is kind of an amorphous creature so time zones shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

I got teamspeak workin & I'll definitely be on again tonight.

Good ! You can always go on IRC (Internet Relay Chat) and connect to Quakenet (or go on quakenet.org and go in the Web Chat section) and join the channel #d'hara and why not at the same time #mount&blade-crpg :P Braeden should be on (I won't since i'm stuck in Montreal for a few more days, then I'll fly to Vancouver). If not, try TeamSpeak. Anders should be on.

Don't worry about the timezone, we usually play in the afternoon sometimes during the week-end or not too late in the evening. I'll be GMT-8 starting Feb1st so I won't be as much on as usual, or I will be much later than you guys on the East Coast.

Enjoy !

I apologize to everyone for my recent unexpected absence, hopefully it won't happen again.

However, in light of returning and catching up with the posts in this thread, as well as plans which had been in the works before my disappearance, I would like to officially take this time to make some announcements.

First of all:

Lt_Anders and Sphinxer are now officially promoted to the rank of Captain.  It was clear previously that both of you were seriously devoted and command material, and your work to maintain the faction in my absence confirms this.  You are the backbone of D'Hara, and now it is official.  You may now feel free to recruit anyone the two of you can agree on without asking my permission (though of course, I'm happy to help out.)  You are also responsible for appointing your own sergeant.

Second:

Kathoir, why so crazy?

Thirdly:

I'm not sure.  I thought I had an extra point.  Apparently not.
