So I watched the leaked stuff that is supposedly spelling doom for Skyrim and proves it's the "biggest blunder of the decade"... wat? Everything looked just like I expected it to look.

This, it looked like an elder scrolls game.

Yeah, I had the same reaction. People keep calling it an Oblivion 1.5. I consider that progress seeing as Oblivion was Morrowind 0.7

How can people make a game with medieval weapons without spears?I mean, Oblivion was ok, but I had that constant thought while playing it.Thats not just totally unrealistic, its stupid.

I would so want to have a Spear in one and a Frost spell in the other hand.Or even maybe put a frost spell on the Spear so it would do Ice damage etc.

Better than no spears at all.And, even an indie Dev like Taleworlds managed to implement spears extremely well into a game, why can´t bethesda do the same?Can´t be that hard.Even if they could just thrust, I´d be fine.

Have you ever played Morrowind?
Play morrowind, use spear/halberd, cry deeply at over 90% of hits missing.

I did.And I used a Pole Weapon.They weren´t THAT bad, at least not in the first 1/3 of the game(Thats how long I played).

I just NEEED spears for a correct Medieval feeling.They are just Ultracool and pretty much the basic of Human Weaponry since thousands of Years.
