Let me introduce myself, I was known as Thoken/Thokan on the Age of Conan Aquilonian server. Served a term as Consul in the Imperium. Some might even remember me as guildmaster, spamming the Guild Hall forum section pre-launch of Age of Conan.  Welcome, indeed, to cRPG, good to see some familiar faces!

Might be new blood to crpg but we are not new blood to siege.

Banner packs aside I am working on learning the scene editing for this game to re-create our Stonehammer aka Snowhammer as it was nicked in AOC since we held it and defended it weekly for more than half a year when aoc was still siege worthy. Depending on how that goes I may just make a full map conversion pack for all of the aoc battle keeps.

I would absolutely adore seeing Fort Bane in a Mount and Blade version. Good luck on your experiment!

welcome to cRPG, please keep enlightning the poor MMO zombies to play a real skill based game!

I do dare say that Age of Conan is the most skillbased MMO I've seen as of yet. Especially for those who played melee characters. Albeit, I admit, Mount and Blade possesses a much more indulging combat system, indeed.

Well....this blows.  I readjusted my game time clock... and now realize that the battle is indeed happening this evening.  I already have RL engagements..  so maybe I'll be able to make the one you guys are waging on Draggon Sunday morning if i'm not too hung over!

Yeah looking around the map I kinda figured that's what was going on.  No one there but us and YOU guys.  Heh.  Of course being new to Strategus and the politics of it, we had no idea it was GK / Fallen 'only' territory.  Live and learn though.

Ye dw there are no 'free' lands atm... you are gonna have to fight your way to one (which will involve joining some kind of alliance) or just play neutral

Haha Tears is the man with all the good ideas but the south isnt stable... it could be peace one day and all out war the next. What with the turks, bandits, acre and lljk

in your position i'd find someone willing to vassalize you.

also, in the GK fight just hire like 2 or 3 guys and delay spawns, GK will probably get bored and cap your flag, you'll lose gear and get kicked across the map but you'll keep the troops that weren't killed in the battle.

That was awesome fun.  Thanks for our first decent battle, Khans.  Think we took about 70ish of your 2300 horde to hell with us. 
Kinda caught us by surprise, but that's war baby!  We'll be back for sure once we rebuild. 

Also, thanks to all the brave souls who showed up to fight for us.  Look forward to fighting with you again in future battles!

 ye thx for the fight, we forgot to buy shields or 2h's so people got quite pissed at us I really do suggest you guys move out to a different area, we wont attack you as you leave if you promise to get away from this area and sorry we are being bullies
