this patch is awful

on the real

cut damage nerfed to the point where there is literally no reason to use 2h over polearms
bec still faster than a danish (146 2h, 0 pole)
ridiculous upkeep
cav worthless
longbow 2shots people wearing plate
throwers EVERYWHERE (though i'm sure this will go away after a while)

dont worry,  EVERY patch has been certified as awful,  and at the end,  they were great after a few twists and turns.

just rly keeps fucking with the builds,  meh

I am an archer lover. There, I said it. My highest gen, my main, is a die hard Warbow user, and here is my opinion:
Bows can no longer snipe anyone from far range (Onoz ToD is QQing!), BUT...

Old Scenario: No shield? You take a few arrows at long range, a few more at short, and you may get to the archer.

New Scenario: No shield? You take no arrows at long range laughing at the snail rounds, then come within 15 or 20 meters of the target, wearing your transitional armour, rocking your 7IF, and get hit by my Standard arrow from a MW warbow, and see 70% of your health poof.... You look to your right and as you hit the 10 meter mark, see one of my arrows ONE SHOT your buddy in Heraldric mail... Then you pry to god OH NOPE FUCK YOU BUDDY... ToD just blew your brains out with another arrow as you hit the 5 meter mark...

Wait... This is the way we want archers to go?

If I want to lose some money, imagine me swapping out my Standard arrows for Bodkins...

This is retarded.

Just looking at the changes without playing and people can tell this is a bad idea. Actually playing the range fest it's even worse.

Throwing is good again, stop fucking using crossbows and bows at short range, they are long range weapon FFS...

This is from irc after multiple people complained about the bec not being nerfed. So don't expect the bec to be balanced for na anytime soon as fucked up as this may be. Non existent on eu but yet they wont nerf it for na balance is a joke.

Guys, we need to set a date 1-2 weeks from now where we spend the entire weekend where everyone with a skip to 30 character goes to the EU using a bec and utterly destroys them all with 1-2 hits each. BEC PARTY! EU BASHING TIME!
