It took me down from x5 to x4 after losing a round.  It is about your multiplier.

Most likely is random, or from something too hard/obscure to work out.

When I had it on the losing team at x1, I think it actually boosted me to x2. The adjustment must depend on what multi you have; x3 or more probably reduces by one, while x1 or x2 gives a bonus multi. Or maybe x2 or x3 means no adjustment, I dunno. Something like that.

I was the last survivor as well. So "valour" here means that you survived long enough or something like that.

Alright, things that are true and/or happened alot in the chadztext:
-It's not kills related, as chadz stated.
-It's not damage related, as chadz stated.
-It seems it is only for the losing team.
-If you get it, you will not lose your multiplier, or gain a multiplier as okiN said.
-All the people who got it were the last guy alive OR one of the last guys alive.


Now, let's look at the text itself.
"Thy valour on the field of battle hath been rewarded"

What i think, is that you are courageous even when you are outnumbered. You try to even the odds again when you are losing, and your team is almost dead. Succeeding in that will reward your daring action with a multiplier/lesser multiplier penalty.
This makes people still to fight on, instead of to go kiting as an archer.

valour - the qualities of a hero or heroine; exceptional or heroic courage when facing danger (especially in battle); "he showed great heroism in battle"; "he received a medal for valor"

Gotten it quite alot lately and it seems quite random to me :S and once I got it after the last guy died even though I had allready died for like over a minute ago

I had x5,i got the chadztext . All guys died i was the last one i fought but i failed .We lost the round sadly .On the new round i realized i didn't lose my x5,it became x4 while others in my team had x1 !

Yup. The real question is how exactly do you get that? People have reported not being last alive and getting it. People have reported varying scores and time left on the clock. I'm thinking it may be something like a random chance for the last 3-5 left alive with less than maybe 2-3 minutes on the clock.

Wasn't this solved 1 day after it was first discovered? Again, the remaining puzzle is what triggers it, as mentioned above.

interesting....i had kinda suggested some minor reward for people who did well but whose team still lost.....

be interested to know what the trigger is exactly...but ultimately doesnt matter, just do your best!
