+1 to everything. Either its a village that most of the time its sieged or its a open map with millions of high hills with a village somewhere...

And pls,make night like 1 hour every 6 hours or so.  Simply hurts eyes and even when it adds some variation to the ambience,it would be better if its not 70% time night or heavy fog.....

well as nuffen said moving the spawns on most village maps would help a lot.
make it so the teams meet inside the village or the village is one possibility.
remove everything that encourages spawn camping for one team!

I spoked with Mylet, and he was trying to get time in this weekend, to review battle map cycle and maybe add new maps.

I just have a simple question :

Does it strain the server much for it to contain pretty much, all maps?(Not those that are buggy, and of course, not siege maps on battle, etcetera)

I don't see the point in removing old maps for new ones. Why not just keep all of them? That way we get a bigger variation.

We have probably 70 maps on the US servers and its a bit much. You may never get to play your favorites because it takes half a day to get to it.

If you find a map that has wrong spawns/imbalanced as hell/just plain stupid, go to the serverbrowser and get the name of it so it's easier to find and review/remove. Personaly I like the village maps, always makes me smile a little if we play on a location I remember from Strategus.
Also, easiest way to get "good" maps is to provide people with links to "good" maps, so they can be added.
