This 'Gobblin' is a troll
Real talk though Sandy is correct, from what I've seen the GOBBLIN stuff isn't at all about not giving any effort in an attempt to ruin someone's game. It's more about not caring about the end result enough (read: too much) to resort to underhanded tactics, e.g. shitty battle times. The GOBBLINKING of Strategus past is still alive and well, wanting to deliver battles and shitposts of quality to all the good boys and girls.
That's my understanding of it anyway, from what I've observed. Maybe GOBBLINS prefer a meme-heavy execution of their Strategus Grand Plan, maybe some other guys like really
lame nice roleplaying, and maybe yet more prefer to win by whatever game-breaking mechanics are necessary and don't feel any remorse for that. Part of what makes cRPG/Strat almost kind of a good game (in the vein of EUIV, CK2) is this freedom to do what you want, pursuing what goals you want, in a way that you want; the only real restriction on that is the candy ass community trying to tell people how to enjoy something.
