I got my support by creating a faction that doesn't care about nerd grudges and tryhardery, but instead follows a few simple code; be our vassals or be destroyed, never camp our fiefs with thousands of troops like the current stalemate, decide our battles based on things other than old nerd fights and grudges but instead based on the roleplay of the GOBBLIN REALM and by deciding who deserves to be attacked and who doesn't. It's really as simple as that.
Really though everyone in here needs to calm off their butthurt. We're playing a video game. My faction is a joked, themed faction. We aren't going to care if you're mad at us. Hell, I think even if this action of mine were purely malicious and in spite (it's not), you guys as a clan so committed to your theme should not be surprised or upset that you got tricked and bamboozled by a GOBBLIN KING. Like, for real. If it is fair play that your roleplay is that you cannot bend down to a GOBBLIN KING because you are elves, then the flipside of that coin is how the fuck do you expect me as a GOBBLIN KING to accept shit-talking from nerddwarves and nerdelves?
I wanted to follow up on something that Duravian said awhile back that I agree with it. This game isn’t something i’m going to lose any sleep over. Honestly, as a clan with a fantasy/tolkien theme with elves and dwarves. How awesome is it that Gobblins attack us when we get our first fief? Well not that awesome in terms of strat progress, but game wise its great! So, RP and nerd-raging aside I intend to enjoy this chapter of strat, the battles, xp, and whatever may follow. Let the xp flow. Huzzah! All personas aside, that is my official stance. Regardless of what strat empires rise and fall I still have to get up and go to work in the morning. That said, the “persona” of Thalion has a message for the “persona” of Duravian, aka Gobblin King.
