Hmm..ok. But i will never go lvl 33, needs a shit of patience. Guess i'll just stay hybrid support class and get overpowered at duels ;)

for more WM i need 3 more agility, meaning i have to go lvl 33 

[edit] Maybe i will go for 33 and just put the rest of the skill points in throwing, like 100 in polearms and rest in throwing...

Well i came back to cRPG after a couple of months and noticed that i had a free respec and that stuff changed. I tried to recreate my old character but i couldn't...

Now i only have 97 in both Throwing and Polearm and i pretty much suck at both but especially throwing which is ultra inaccurate now. I understand this happens because i have low agility and that now it's a big trend and stuff but i cannot play the kind of character i want...

I think that power throw penalty lowered from 13 to 11 but i still suck. it's like 7*11=77. So i'm left with only 20 wpf plus any weight penalties that apply (i have about 10.8 weighted equipment).

Has anyone figured out how to play a proper thrower who can also alt-attack with his throwing lance without being totally useless?

I requested 2 times for a name change and paid the 2.000 gold but after some hours the request is gone and my char's name not changed. Maybe it is not an appropriate name or sth? And before you ask, yes the name is available or so it says.

According to that my wpf in both throwing and polearms will be 22  . I guess that's the price to pay for being a hybrid...

I swear last question : How much effective wpf do i need to be effective with my weapons?
I think I heard sb say that we all need somewhere around 30 at least

it's 1 slot. Also 2 lances are little expensive and no use. What if i miss? I want to have as much throwing equipment as i can get, no?

Ok thanks for your help so far.
So now i use:
Main Weapon: Throwing Lance
Shield: Heavy Round Shield

But what should i use for the 2 remaining slots? Jarids? Javellins?
I'm particurarly thinking of using throwing spears just because it gives me 4 of a kind.

What do you think ?

Seems legit, as a peltast my spear should also be throwable ;). Why didn't i thought of that.

Also throwing spears and stuff use my polearm skill in secondary mode?

Hey guys i'm a old member of the community and usually played a dedicated peasant archer or a polearm glaivetroll, but now i got in the mood for a themed build and so i picked the peltast. Being a dedicated archer was fun (when archers were not completely useless) and as a glaivetroll i had much fun in team mellee but also use able to duel pretty well.
Now i want a full support character. One that can throw stuff at close to medium range, do some pierce dmg in close to medium mellee range and have a shield to defend his butt.

I am about 22 lvl now but this is my plan for lvl 30:

Also probably gonna use a fast spear like "spear" ^^ and a round shield. I also heard that shields over 7.5 weight cost 2 slots and i need verification.
I also gonna shieth shield for duels cause ppl just facehug me and kill me with just spamming, i thrust so slow when with shield and spear is a fast polearm 

So please advice me on how to adjust and modify this build, i will be eternally gratefull
