Old cRPG sucked. All we have is just a bunch of people basking in nostalgia and longing for their overpowered characters.


cRPG is still hell of a lot of fun as it is, and I honestly prefer how it is now.

I was anything but OP, I never got past level 25 in Ol'rpg and I had to fight level 40-45, it was amazing, game was fast paced and I didn't have the time to jack off during duels like I do now.

I still remember the good old days of July-August '10.

Not many people knew how to block, so fights weren't endless block battle #1023847 until someone get shot and die due to stagger.

Leveling up and getting gear was incredibly hard, I remember when Chavezhp5 first got his green tunic over mail, it was basically ultra heavy armor at the time.

Light leather was the armor most people were aiming for before moving up to the mail armors, you needed to play weeks after weeks to get the piece of armor you wanted, instead of playing 5 hours and buying all you need like now.

In August, I started a new character and the Churburg cuirass were just recently added, I farmed naked with nothing but a morning star for more than a full month almost playing 24/7 then rage-sold it when ShinySpoons who had 12 powerstrike would 1 hit kill me with his longsword.

I also loved running around in my Churburg cuirass with my straw hat and shit shoveling shoes because I had no money left and everyone was calling me out on it.

Good old days.

Been suggested a hell of a lot and the developers have said that it won't happen. As much as the time frames of cRPG are a bit mish-mash they're reluctant to put anything fantasty in without some historical accuracy for fear that it would turn into a mass of legolas' etc.

You mean like it already is? Game doesn't differ much from your average fantasy game where a few people are one man armies and legolas shit up by killing everyone with their scoped bows or swords with underslung grenade launchers.

oh man i forgot that i used to chase you with a torch lol , also you made me remember Guts , now im sad where is he along with my old timers like fedor and company...

maybe its a sign for me to leave this game , im getting  old as Rhyden Pc :\

They're gone and dead.

Grey/Guts is still around though, been playing some Battlefield 3 with him, he's just not playing cRPG anymore because the general consensus from oldies is it sucks and isn't fun enough to bother with anymore.

How many top scorer infantry kill machines you know who wears tincan and has flamberge ?
How many epic killing machine cav you know who rides plated chargers ?

Do you think they don't use them cuz they have huge upkeep ?

Playing with tincan is really hard these days , you cannot move fast, you can't have a decent footwork and other infantry just spam the shit out of you.
I've seen too much tincans die by a polearm spammer.

You mean two nights ago? I was responding to comments she was typing in the game chat you insufferable troll. It was awkward because you only were hearing one half of the conversation.

Yeah, i said it was hot when she was blowing away cars with an LMG, I was also saying Aldryk was sexy in CQ combat with the joker (Besides, we all know that Aldryk really is the sexiest person in this community, his voice alone seals the deal) yet you apparently don't mention that. 
Sorry, but my e-peen gets happy when I see a wave of green kills wash over the screen and little to no red, I find it hot, sue me.

We all know that Aldryk loves smearing peanut butter on his nipples, so it's not that creepy if you say he's sexy in CQ combat because he has long since ascended beyond that sort of creepiness.

But, the rest just felt creepily awkward, like a nerd that doesn't know what to say to girls so he just tries to be funny and make stuff incredibly awkward, except for you it was also pretty creepy.
